Internal Server Error

    I cannot log onto my site’s dashboard. I continue to get a system error. Please help!!! Seen below:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    Hi there. The WordPress.com status page does not show any issues so the problem might be your side. This kind of error usually means there’s a connection problem. Please try resetting your modem/router.

    I that makes no difference, if possible, check if it works if you use a different connection (e.g. at an internet cafe, free wi-fi hotspot or via a 3G connection through your phone). If it works on a different connection then the problem is most likely with your ISP, and you should then contact them to report the problem.

    Lastly, please make sure you are using one of the browsers and versions listed here: http://browsehappy.com/ Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure you have third-party cookies enabled. You can also check whether you have the same problem on a different browser.
