Internal Server error

  I askedthis question afew days ago and can’t find any response’
  I received an email from WordPress asking me to upgrade to 4.0.1
  When I try to login to website http://totalhealthforall.com/wp-login.php, I receive the message ” Internal Server Error”
  My website seems to have disappeared into the ether also
  What can I do about this .

  It seems impossible to talk to anyone at WordPress admin to solve this problem which has been going on for2 weeks

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site is not a blog hosted by WordPress.COM, and we cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  Dear Timethief,
  My site is Hosted by WordPress ( See Below) and has been for at least 4 years.
  I am paid up until 2016

  WordPress Hosting URL: http://totalhealthforall.com
  WordPress Admin Login URL: http://totalhealthforall.com/wp-login.php
  WordPress Username: docbill

  I am becoming increasingly frustrated as I have been unable to access my website for at least 2 weeks. You are the one and only person to respond to any of my pleas for help. It is impossible to contact WP by email or phone.
  I am running around in circles “like a headless chook!!”
  Any suggestions what I can do to remedy the situation?
