Internal server error

  For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to solve this problem
  .
  WP sent me an email asking me to upgrade to 4.0.1
  When I tried to do so using my login

  WordPress Admin Login URL: http://totalhealthforall.com/wp-login.php, ‘

  I received the following message:

  Internal Server Error

  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  Apache Server at totalhealthforall.com Port 80

  I tried the Forum and was told that my site was NOT supported by WordPress.com

  I am getting more and more frustrated as I can’t get to speak to anyone

  My Website also seems to have disappeared into the “I cloud ” also

  Can anyone help me please . As I am an older blogger, you will need to use “non techy” languaage

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
