Internal server error 500

I cannot sign in at all. I am getting internal server error and I have been having this problem for days I can’t sign in through FTP because it says I’m using the wrong log in information. I am so frustrated can somebody please try to help me fix this. I know that it happened as soon as I downloaded and activated woo commerce but I can’t sign in to do anything about it…

Actually it is wordpress.com I just went to wordpress.org and it made me sign up as a new person my website is a part of WordPress.com

xosummer.com is hosted by iPage, not by wordpress.COM
Internal server error is a wordpress.ORG software error. There is no FTP access to sites hosted by wordpress.COM.
That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Nobody was able to help me over there but I went in through ftp and I disabled my plug ins and changed something else and was able to unlock my site but now my permalinks are all not working do you have any idea of how I can fix that or who I can ask?

What do you mean your permalinks are not working? There should be a permalinks option under Settings in your dashboard, but as that option does not exist on WordPress.com very few people in this forum would be able to help you figure out how to fix whatever is wrong, myself included :)
The best place to ask for help with this really is the self-hosted forums. I suggest you create a new thread there. Make sure your thread title gives a very clear summary or the problem, and provide additional detail in the post itself. The clearer your question is, the more likely someone in that forum will be to reply and be able to help you.
