I may have accidentally activated a blog on wordpress and now my wordpress ecommerce site is a blank page. I cannot access my wp admin either. Please help!!

Your best way to get help is
WordPress org Support

Also, you can contact your Hosting provider for the issue.

Although, I can recommend you to goto ftp and delete or rename the latest plugin/theme your have updated.
