internal server error

I have been trying for a week to get onto our website to update it.
all I get is…
Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Our site is working and I can see the edit buttons etc. once i hit them I get the message above.
Are we up to date on our payment info? Please advise as we have urgent info to get implemented on our site asap.thank you

What is the address/URL of the site you need assistance with? It seems you may be asking about a self hosted site and this forum isn’t able to help with questions regarding self hosted sites. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. Difference between the two?

Yes, that looks to be a self hosted site. This forum is unable to answer questions for sites that are self hosted. Please refer to my previous response and try posting in the https://wordpress.org/support/ forum.

I can’t log in. We are so done with WordPress. We can’t get ahold of anyone or login to even ask for help. I’m beyond frustrated and have no idea how a company can run like this. It’s deplorable. We are paid up until 2017. We are a not for profit organization. We are feeling scammed at this point.
