Internal Server Error

You suddenly when I try to log in wordpress, the error would occur, the last time I logged in, I’ve installed some plugin and after that when i search http://www.sijiglow.com/wp-admin this error occoured :-
Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Contact your web host. sijiglow.com is hosted by iPage, not by wordpress.COM. That site is not on our servers.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
