  We tried everything!! and it’s still not working. we contacted our hosting, elementor etc. we work with elementor and when we want to import a new block, it pops up: internal server error. so we can not work with elementor anymore but we payd! so we need your help because the last thing we can do is contact you. :https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com and is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, WordPress.com staff cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
