Internal Server Error

    Hi, I have recently joined a new company and will be developing their website.

    I’m not sure what hosting package they have as they have left the website undeveloped for some time. Yesterday, I installed Jetpack and since then I am unable to access anything. I am receiving the following error. Conveniently, our IT Support technician is on vacation.

    Any support you can offer would be great!

    hi, I’ve been trying to log into my site and I keep getting “Internal Server error” I haven’t logged into my site for the last month and at that time it was all working well. I did receive an email saying the site had update to a new version automatically and now is the first time I’ve tried to login and I’m getting the internal server error. Please assist!!
