Internal Server Error

  A site for a client of mine has been locked out due to internal server error, and the client does not know their FTP login so that I can fix it. Is there any way to find that information out?

  FYI, the blog is actually not the attached site, I can’t log in to the actual site. It’s yupro.com/dev.

  You are using self-hosted WordPress.org.

  Suggest you visit support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ as they provide support to WordPress.org sites.

  Here you will find support for WordPress.com hosted sites only.

  As an alternate, you can also contact the support team of your hosting provider.

  It might sound confusing but WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different. You can take a look at the difference between both at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
