Internal Server Error and Can’t Access Dashboard

I installed Gutenberg PDF Viewer Block by Jb Audras on a post for my website, and now there is an internal server error notice. I tried deactivating and removing the plugin, but the site was unsuccessful in doing so. I cannot access the dashboard in order to run WordPress’s Troubleshooting diagnostic, and can’t talk to a real person via the chat box because I don’t have a paid account. Please help!

You won’t get help from the developer at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/pdf-viewer-block/, as it seems they stopped their support about 4 years ago.
Other solution is to get help from a wordpress.org forum – https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
