  Any access from non-USA is probably a cracker, spammer, and troll in disguise. Is there a way to not show them my content?

  The answer to you question is “no”.

  Why on earth would you say such a thing? I live in Canada and I’m most assuredly not “a cracker, spammer, and troll in disguise.” I have blogged since 2005 and the vast and overwhelming majority of all people of that ilk that I have experienced online were from the USA.
