  DId you mean to upload plugins?

  You can upload plugins with the WordPress.com Business plan or higher. Some features are built into WordPress.com so you can enjoy them without having to upload plugins. You can learn more about plugins on WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/

  Can you let us know which plugin you wanted to use? We can check if the feature already exists and advise accordingly.
