Internet browsers will not let me customise my blog at all!

  SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

  I am new to blogging. I started a blog a month ago and am just learning how to customise to my personal taste. I have some posts in the making but want my blog to look they way I want it to before I get going.

  I use Google Chrome and have the latest version. I also tried Firefox and had the same issue.
  The trouble is every time I try to change my background or header images on any template, the page loads very slowly then presents me with an error message from the browser or a blank page. I have done what it has said many times, it still won’t work. I have also cleared my cache and cookies.

  I have posted a pic of the message on my blog so you can see what I’m talking about.

  Please help.

  Thanks for contacting us. I viewed the Word document of the screenshot in your Media Library.

  Looking at the images you’ve uploaded there, can you try resizing the image you’d like to use for your background so it’s a smaller resolution (less than 1000 pixels wide) to see if that helps?

  Also, please note that the custom header image for the Imbalance 2 theme needs to be 210 × 170 pixels in size. Can you try resizing that image as well?

  You can resize an image from your Media Library, save the resized image to your desktop, then re-upload in Appearance -> Background (or Appearance -> Header).
