It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.     It looks like you still have your domain’s nameservers set to point at WordPress.com. If you are wanting to use WorkReadyInc.net with a WordPress.com site, you’ll need to purchase a plan and set up domain mapping as described here:

    If you are wanting to use WorkReadyInc.net with a site hosted elsewhere, you’ll need to log into your domain registrar and set the nameservers to point to your current host.
