Internet Explorer Changes all my CSS Customization/Theme/Etc.

Everything is screwed up when we open the website in Internet Explorer. The fonts change, the number image in the header moves over and is not lined up… How can I fix this??

I checked http://mypaperpusher.wordpress.com/ and I see that you are using the tdEditor theme, and I did some testing.
First, I checked http://mypaperpusher.wordpress.com/ using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 and I see how the header image is not constrained to the container area and so the numbers in the right side of that image look pushed over to the right too far. I also see the same problem on Firefox 33.1.1 on a Mac. When I tried testing the same theme on my own test site, I could not reproduce the problem when using one of my own images. However, when I downloaded your header image and used that exact same image on my test site, then I could see the problem you described. I tested several other images and those always worked. Only when I tested with this image did I see the problem:
http://mypaperpusher.files.wordpress.com/2014/11/logo-with-number-banner.pngBased on my testing, it looks like something a little bit strange could be going on with that particular image. Perhaps it has a flaw or was saved in a strange way and some browsers are having trouble with it. As a troubleshooting step, would you be willing to try a different image temporarily as a test and then check to see if the problem persists for you? If the problem goes away when using a different image, could you re-save the original image in whatever software you used to create it, makes sure to select the “Save for Web” option in the software when saving the image, and then try uploading that new image to see if that makes the problem go away?
I also tested the fonts on http://mypaperpusher.wordpress.com/ using IE11, and the fonts appear to be correct to me. I see the Calluna Sans theme for both the headings and body text on your site in Internet Explorer. Can you tell me a little more about what’s going wrong with the font on your side? Can you tell what font is displaying instead of Calluna Sans? Is it possible something on the computer where you checked with Internet Explorer is blocking that computer or browser from reaching our font providers—we currently use Typekit fonts. Sometimes, browser add-ons or other computer programs like firewalls are setup to block ads or other types of files and it can sometimes prevent fonts from being displayed. Last time I helped someone with this, they were able to determine that the problem was with some ad blocker software they were using.
It appears that neither of the issues you mentioned are CSS-related, and if you find any other theme-related problems in the future please note that you may contact the theme developers directly through our premium theme forums at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/tdeditor

Thank you so much! The image header is aligning correctly!
As far as the font, my secondary menu does not appear correctly, and the body font and secondary menu font is displaying a Serif Font instead of Calluna or a Sans Serif.
Thank you again!

my secondary menu does not appear correctly
I checked http://mypaperpusher.wordpress.com/ just now using IE11 on Win8.1 and the fonts look right to me in the submenu, i.e. for words like “Resources” under “Bookkeeping” in the main navigation and the text to the left of the main content area on the home page that says “Bookkeeping, Associations, Friends of FSP” also looks correct to me.
Here is a screenshot of what I’m seeing: https://cloudup.com/cCZcjfniIRW
Are those what you meant by the second menu?
