Internet Explorer does not show my Custom CSS Header image/ blog title!! HELPF

Can someone answer why my Custom CSS header image_Blog Title will not show up when I use Internet Explorer? I see it when I use Firefox….
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@jvaidya, Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that blog is self-hosted and self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported there.
This is the forum for people hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.

I confirm the problem. IE 8 does not show the blog header …until you click on “Home”.

well, I was wrong.
IE 8 does visualize the header, but it is the last image visualized and the homepage is filled with heavy images. So it’s only late in visualizing. -
The header is always the last thing that loads, which is why it’s a good idea to optimize it before uploading and keep the number of images on the front page to a reasonable number.
