  Hi, my custom header is not showing up in internet explorer. Can you tell me what I”m doing wrong?

  You have a syntax error in the #header background-image declaration. You have
  background-image:url('url('http://dcconcernproviders.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/cropped-header_bg2.jpg');');

  Notice the extra ‘); at the end? Remove that.
