internet impersonation/invasion of privacy by misappropriation

i posted a support request respectfully demanding that the impostor blog http://www.tootertommy.wordpress.com be removed. that request has disappeared without an answer.
the blog needs to come down. impersonation and invasion of privacy by misappropriation are not protected speech . i have provided proof of identity and numerous people who know me have complained.
why is that blog still active?

Have you used the drop-down menu on the admin bar to report that blog as abusive? Nothing will happen until you do.

When you are logged in to wp.com, there is a dark grey bar above a blog you are viewing. On the right side you see your gravatar. On the right, there is the blog name with a dropdown list of things you can do, including reporting that blog as spam etc.
