Interntal Server Error, I cannot login at all after upgrades- help!

I cannot get into my site- I am updating a website for http://www.fivetoolplayers.org/wp-login.php is how i login.
– I updated it and updated all plugins which i think is the problem, but I cannot even get in to change anything – any of the php or files that i have read to change. I cannot get to anything bc I get this error when i login
Please help!! This is why i never do upgrades, but decided to be pro-active and upgrade things- and it’s all messed up now :(“Internal Server Error

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://www.fivetoolplayers.org is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
