Intranet and wordpress

Hi,
I have set an intranet on my wordpress website :
Some particular members can register and so access to few private pages.
I give them the avaibility to Create Post (the are Author).
My problem :
After login on the frontend they are on the private pages (frontend) BUT when they create a post they have to switch on the WP backend WITHOUT the possibility the go back on the private pages on the front.
If click on admin bar top left “back to website” it bring them to home page and not the page i want.
How to set this? -
WordPress.com is a hosting company and cannot run on an intranet, so it seems as though you are using the WordPress software instead. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites due to the difference in structure between the two.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
