Inuit Theme Questions

Hello guys.
We have just changed Themes at our site. For the two and a bit years I have been contributing, we had the one Home Page Style. Having now converted to the wonderful new Inuit Theme, I’m finding that nearly everything is so much simpler to work with.
I have a couple of minor questions regarding the theme, mainly tweaking some aspect that we could do previously, and now I can’t find how to do them. They are obviously still there I would guess.
Do I ask those questions here or should they be addressed at a forum specifically for that Inuit Theme?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Then I’ll do them here.
1. Can I still send a link for a post prior to the scheduled post time?
2. Can another Editor at the same site add a comment prior to the scheduled post time?
3. Are there any protocols as to characters that should not be used in the post Title, because sometimes, I’m getting odd strings of characters showing up in links, although the Permalink does not have them?
4. Login Logout links. I sent an email to a friend with the links to a couple of our posts. I checked the email prior to sending it, and while I was still logged in at our site, and the links took me straight to the posts. However, when I was logged out, I got the same result as my friend. Those links take me to a ‘Error 404 Page Not Found’ message.
With respect to the links mentioned here, this applies for the long link as well as for the short link.
Sorry to be so picky. My guess is that the facilities are still available, just that I cannot locate them.

2 I believe so. It works on independent installs
3 Can you give me an example?
4 Need examples. That sounds related to the Permalink changes they’ve made in Preview. -

That’s nothing to worry about: punctuation marks including spaces sometimes get converted into these symbols for obscure techy reasons, but the links still work.

Makes things a quantum level easier, and it has so many features.
