invalid activation key??

  I do not have a blog. I simply signed up to post online survey w Crowdsignal and it connected me with WP. Minutes later when I received email to activate my account, it stated “invalid activation key” at the top.

  I have no idea what steps to take.

  Thank you for any help you can provide!

  That’s correct — signing up for Crowdsignal (to make a survey or poll) creates a WordPress.com account, which is why you now have an account with us.

  Your WordPress.com account hasn’t been activated yet but the email you received should contain a confirmation link. Is “invalid activation key” the full error message you are seeing when clicking that link?

  That’s the same thing I am getting. When you click the confirm button, it brings you to a page that says invalid activation key. Frustrating!

  I am getting ‘invalid’ action key as well when I try and activate my account.
