Invalid Annual Payment Extension

    Hello my account has been charged 66euros. In fact, it’s an account that I didn’t even know about her existence. I never received a message that I would be charged that amount again.
    I notified my credit card of the improper charge.

    I made the annual payment and it was extended without my authorization.

    We send out multiple notifications prior to renewal. But if they are missed, as happens sometimes, we are always happy to refund. You can request a refund yourself by going to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    However, in this case, I can see that you have initiated a dispute with your credit card company. Once that happens, the option to refund is unavailable to us while the card company goes through it’s dispute process.

    So at the moment, there are two options. You can wait for your card company to go through the dispute process and eventually issue a refund. Or you can cancel the dispute, notify us here in this forum thread, and we can issue a refund. Both options will get your your money back, but the latter option is likely faster.
