Invalid Certificate

  I am trying to get a certificate reissued now that I’ve added a custom domain. It took a handful of days for the domain administrator to update the name servers to be updated to point to WordPress.

  Based on this comment https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/site-listed-as-not-secure/#post-3352601 it seems like it could be some time before wordpress will detect this change automatically.

  Can someone advise on how to proceed?

  I’m bumping this thread because I really need some advice. All of the traffic is bouncing because they are seeing that the site is unsafe.

  Hi there, if you have a WordPressdotcom site with an upgrade plan, you should be able to get either Live Chat (when available ) or email support when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact You do need to be logged in with the account that purchased the plan if it is not this one.

  Hi Justjennifer. I am signed up for the business plan. Live contact is unavailable until September 23rd so I can’t use that option. I did send a help email two days ago and have received no response.
