Hi there,
I don’t see any upgrades in your account, and the last charge I see was in 2013. Those upgrades were cancelled in 2014.
Did you receive a receipt? That will indicate the site for which you’ve been charged. If you didn’t get a receipt, do you have any other WordPress.com sites/accounts that might be related to this charge?
If not, please contact our billing team directly via the WPCHRG site that staff-eleanor linked to above.
