  You guys need to understand that i have to complete my work within a given time period. It’s been almost 2 days that you guys still haven’t solved my problem.

  WordPress feature page says ‘Support is available 24-7 via email and our community 
forums. ‘
  Pretty sure staff doesn’t give a single F about this. They take hours to respond and days to solve issues.
