Invalid e-mail address at log in

Hello,
I made a WordPress account about a week ago. I went to log into my account today and I continue to get the message that neither my username or e-mail linked with the username exist. I am absolutely certain that I used this e-mail address. I don’t know what to do!

This account you’re using to post here, username ryanthemermaid, was created 6 days ago. If you can post here it means you are already logged in.
If you mean you get this if you try to log into your site, heropenatlas.com, at heropenatlas.com/wp-admin or heropenatlas.com/wp-login.php, it’s because that is a self-hosted WordPress website, and your WordPress.com username account has nothing to do with that site.
When you created that site a separate admin username and password was created for that site that is not the same as the ones you’re using on WordPress.com. If you can’t remember those login details, please check the email your hosting provider sent you when you created that site, or see the password reset instructions for self-hosted WordPress sites here:
