Invalid Learnboost Access Code

    I am utilizing Learnboost.com as a gradebook for a graduate course. The access code for one of my students continues to come up as invalid when entered, while other students in the course are having no trouble activating their account with their access code.

    I have tried deleting her name from my roster and creating a new access code, all to no avail. I would appreciate any assistance someone can provide.

    If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page.
