invalid menu items

  Hi! I’m trying to add another tab to one of my menus and when I drag it to place it under that tab it is highlighted in red and says ‘invalid menu item’ I’ve never seen this before. How do I fix it?

  I am having the same problem. I have five menu items (about, contact, blog, schedule, food) and only three show up. The others are “invalid” for no reason that I can understand.
  One forum suggested that the menu space is too small and I need to change the size of the font, but I can’t find any way to do that.

  Help!
