Invalid nonce error on WPAdmin following use of MigrateGuru

  I migrated content from another WordPress site that we used as a staging environment (coloradocarecenter.wordpress.com) using the MigrateGuru plugin. This disconnected JetPack, and when I try to visit any plugin page or access wp-admin I am served a screen that says:

  Error: Invalid nonce.

  I have emailed WordPress. Live chat seems to be unavailable today, perhaps for the Easter holiday. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
