Invalid Password Reset Link

    We cannot access our website. Not sure how, but the password was changed and we couldn’t log in. I tried resetting the password and received an email with a link, but upon clicking it, I get a page which says, “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” Of course I’ve tried this a dozen times with no success. Seems like something strange is happening. Please help.

    The site we need help with is actually not videomagicpro, but is highwaymediapro.com/admin.
