  Hello, I am writing on behalf of my mother. She is trying to reset the password for her WordPress user, and keeps receiveng reset links that are unactive.

  Please advise on how to get a functioning reset link. I need to stress that this is NOT for the account I’m writing from, but for one that is currently unreachable. I will provide the details if needed.
