invalid tld error

  Hello! I am trying to forward my DNS to Weebly and get an invalid tld error when I attempt to update the name servers following the directions in this article:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  The DNS addresses Im trying to forward to are

  199.34.228.59

  I think this means that the DNS hasnt been registered but Im not sure…any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
