invalid update request

I have just installed some WP job manager plugins that seem to have installed correctly. But now when I go to the plugin page there are about 6 errors listed and grows with every plugin install. Error is “Invalid update request” Any suggestions on how to clear errors?

That site is not a WordPress.COM hosted blog.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

I have an account with wordpress.org and am logged in but for the life of me cant see how I can post a request. That is what lead me to post on this site -

If you are already logged in to your account in the WordPress.org forums, you can open the forum you want to post in (e.g. How-To and Troubleshooting) and scroll to the bottom of that forum to create a new forum post. The folks there will be able to help you with your self-hosted WordPress site.
