Invalid username

Good afternoon, I’ve been trying to log in my sites dashboard but it keeps saying I have an invalid username even though it’s correct. How do I fix this? Thank you

I’ve been trying to log in my sites dashboard but it keeps saying I have an invalid username even though it’s correct.
news.triumphpest.com will have a separate username and password — it won’t be possible to login to that site directly using your WordPress.com details.
If you are unable to login using the username or email address associated with that site, I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider (Just Host) for help. They should be able to advise you about the next steps.
