Invalid Zip Code for Test Payments

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, I have created a website and have setup payment integration through woocommerce and when I tried to do a test payment through stripe my site says that the zip code I have typed in is invalid. The address and zip code I used is my own. Is there any way to fix this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

Please contact WooCommerce Support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.

    Thanks!

Thank you but it seems that to create a ticket I have to validate my email and when I click on that it just has me log into my word press account. After logging in I return to make a ticket and its just the same thing sending me in a loop. I also don’t receive an email what so ever.

Your WooCommerce account uses WordPress.com accounts for account management and authorization, which is why you need to verify that account to submit a ticket with them.

The form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact is for sites hosted at WordPress, not sites hosted elsewhere.

For WooCommerce, if you’re stuck in the “verify account” loop, you can get around that by contacting the WooCommerce “Presales” team at https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and then choose the “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase” option on that page.

Presales questions do not require account authentication to submit. Just let them know the issue you are having in your question, and they will correctly route you to the team that can handle your purchase issue, thanks!
