invisible comment

  I was trying to post a comment yesterday, as well as today here: https://luxembourgish.wordpress.com/2016/03/04/rebelde-way-1×018/
  but every time I looked it wasnt visible, so I thought it didnt post for some reason, but after I tried again to post it with the same message today, I saw a message that read Duplicate comment detected. Is it a glitch?

  Hi,

  Blog owners are in complete control of the comments left on their blog.
  They can either approve, unapprove or even mark them as spam.

  That I get. So the reason I can`t see it is that the owner probably set an option for approving the comments first?
