Invisible Milestone Widget

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi there! The milestone widget is invisible on my blog. It’s set on the radcliff theme and I think it’s just an issue of having white text on a white background. I tried to change the font to black with no luck — is there anyway you could make it appear from your end? Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,
The default background color on the Radcliffe theme is white, so it doesn’t make sense that the widget would have white text. Did you customize the text color of the widget? I can see the widget by highlighting the blank area at the top of the right sidebar widget area.

No, I did not change the color. And yes, the only way I can see it is to highlight it myself. It automatically appeared that way.

  • Hi there. I added that widget to my test blog with the Radcliffe theme and see (or don’t see ;-) ) the same thing, so it looks like a bug with the theme. I’m tagging this for staff to follow up. Please be patient while waiting for them to respond.

    Hi there,

Thanks for reporting that issue! I let our theme team know that the widget isn’t visible when you try to use it with the Radcliffe theme. I’ll let you know when I get an update about that. :)

  • Hello!

We’ve tracked down the cause of the issue with the Milestone widget in Radcliffe. A fix has been deployed, and I can see that the widget is now displaying on your website, jennanellis.wordpress.com.

Just let us know if you have any questions, or run into further issues!
