You mean you want a list of your post titles? For that you need a text widget or a page, and you’ll have to do it manually. The Categories box is supposed to show the list of your CATEGORIES, not your posts.

The category widget is designed this way. Can you imagine if the post titles were all listed under their categories? It would be extremely annoying for people with a large number of posts; the sidebar would go forever.
If you want to display the titles of your posts, consider using the “recent posts” widget.
