Invisible posts that aren’t private?

Like most gaming sites and blogs I plan to post Game of the Year awards. My original idea for making them was to make a post for each category (e.g. Overall GOTY) which was private. I would have one post that links to all of these categories on my front page but even linking to private posts doesn’t make them visible to others.
If I could I would like to continue this idea by having one visible post linking to all the categories for the awards with the award posts only being able to be found via the link. Is this possible?

I don’t understand why you need these posts to be invisible, but if I’m guessing correctly that you don’t want them cluttering up your streams and widgets, just set each of the posts as having posted ten years ago. Then you can link to them from any page, but they won’t show up in your main blog page (or rather they WILL, just back at the very beginning of the blog).
Does that do what you want?

Yes it is to stop things from being cluttered as I have a lot of categories. That would do the job, thanks a lot :)
