Invisible site title

  Hello,
  I was editing my username when I ended up creating a secondary site, with my username as the site address of the secondary site. Though I was able to edit the username for my primary site, the site tile that is supposed to appear beside the username has gone missing. Only the words ‘site title’ appears instead of my primary site title “with the help of words…!”
  I’d like to know how my site title starts appearing again in the Reader, &
  How do I delete the secondary site by not deleting the primary one?
