Invisible Site title in the header
-
I have just added logo to my blog http://www.marcomilone.com and removed the site title and description from the header. I would like to not display them in the header, but allow search engine to read them. Any advice?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
With that particular theme, the option to hide that text while maintaining it for search engines isn’t an option. I’m bringing this up with our theme team to see if this is something we can change.
Welcome to WordPress.com! Please let me know if you have any other questions or need anything else. Cheers!

Howdy Marco,
Today I pushed a change through, that will allow you to hide the site title and description – while still have them in the markup and bot-readable.
All the best,

Hi Marco,
My apologies for the delay. Since I wasn’t the last staff to respond, I didn’t get the notice of your response.
On the Appearance->Header settings page ( https://marcomilone.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header ), if you uncheck the “Header Text” option, then you can readd your site title to Settings->General ( https://marcomilone.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php ).
It’ll be hidden based on the Header Text option setting.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. Cheers!
