invitation email link

  I got an invitation email, and clicking link below gives the following error:

  https://wordpress.com?action=wpcom-invite-users&key=ab9c10294f1b56da7d8693dac6e174ce&blog_id=12269838

  error: “There was an error accepting the invitation. Please refresh, or contact support if this persists.”.

  Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
