Invitation is not received

Hi,
i’m new on WP and currently testing the possibilities,
before publishing my final blog.My test blog is public.
I try to invite a new author (myself with a secondary email adress),
but it seems the email doesn’t reach (neither in spam !).What is the problem ?

Hi, we can see we sent an email with this subject:
Spidflinch vous a invité à devenir auteur sur spidtest
The email didn’t bounce; it was accepted by your mail provider. So I’d try searching all boxes. I know in gmail you can do this with in:all , but I’m not sure whether your provider has something similar.
If you aren’t able to find anything that way, I’d reach out to the provider and ask them what could have happened to the email. Again, typically if they rejected it we would get a bounce message on our side, but we did not.
Another option: use a different address on the second account, then try resending the invitation here:

For your information, the filter that made my invitations considered as commercials was (in french, sorry !) :
Si En-tête nommé “X-ProXaD-SC”
contient “state=HAM:CommercialEmail”It appears that WP emails are designed to be commercial…

They probably are considered commercial since we are a company, and we have our unsubscribe links and what not, too. But as long as you know where to look for it that’s okay. Your mail provider may be able to help you make an exception for our emails if you’d like or, or you can just remember to check your commercial folder as needed.
