Invite emails

  Hi. I have been getting SPAMED with regular invite emails to other user blogs daily and multiple each day. I do not wish to receive these messages. Each message has this wording on the bottom ‘This message was sent by a WordPress.com user who entered your email address or username to invite you. You can unsubscribe if you’d prefer not to receive invitation emails in future. Please do not reply to this message; it was sent from an unmonitored email address. For help with WordPress.com, please visit WordPress.com Support’.

  Please stop these emails from being sent to me. Merely ignoring them is not an acceptable option (was mentioned be someone else on the forum). These are unsolicited emails and I do not wish to receive them. I was not receiving these emails until last week and now they are getting out of control. If you can advise how to change my account settings it would be appreciated.
