Invite more than 35 users through the e-mail address

  as i read through the codex, i found that there are only 35 users can be invite through key in the desired users’ e-mail,
  how is i want to invite more than 35 users?
  if payment required, how much i need to pay so that i can invite more than 35 users?

  If you are referring to the blog linked to your username it is a wordpress.COM blog. If you wish to have more than 35 official users for your private blog free hosted by wordpress.com then you can purchase an unlimited private user upgrade. The upgrade is per blog and is available for purchase in the Upgrades tab of your dashboard. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/unlimited-private-users/
