"Invite New Users to Your Private Blog"

  there is a 10 person limit, is this for requests in that session or overall for the blog??In othervwords am i limited to only invite 10 people to my private blog?

  No. You can have an unlimited number of users. However, you can send out only 10 invitations at one point in time as, sending out more at any point in time would render you as being apprehended as a spammer.
