Invite old followers to new blog

  I would like to invite old followers (mommyofmanyhats.com) to my new blog. How do I alert them to my new site?

  You can publish a post on your other blog that directs followers to your new blog and requests them to subscribe to it.

  You can set up email subscriptions on the new blog by using this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
