Invite only blogs and opt-in email alerts of new posts

  I have an invite-only blog for my business with an opt-in for email alerts of new posts. Is there any way I can automatically get readers signed up and receiving email alerts without having them take any actions?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not really possible for free-hosted blogs on WordPress.com. Your invitees will still have to do the signup procedure.
